How does your day look like?

Your day at work starts with a stand-up meeting at 9 AM, during which we review the daily agenda with the team.
Your tasks are usually planned ahead of time, so you can prepare before the day starts.
We work on a variety of projects for different industries; however, you will usually work on projects from following areas of design practice:
Websites and design systems
Campaign visuals, both print and digital.
Brand identities
Slide decks
Brochures and annual reports
Social media visuals for long-term and new clients.
Newsletter templates and assets
Assets for motion videos
Throughout the day, you will collaborate with project consultants, copywriters, and other designers.
Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies is crucial. This may involve researching, curating mood boards, attending webinars and conferences, and sharing insights with the team.
Time spent at work is tracked in the internal task management system, paired with specific tasks and projects to evaluate project delivery.
Incorporating critical thinking, reading rooms, understanding the context, and setting boundaries into your daily routine is important. These skills can be acquired and are part of our company culture.
We will launch together as a team every other Tuesday, whether offsite or in the office. (Peter will cook occasionally.)
There are occasional 1-on-1 meetings and internal designer meetups planned for the afternoon.
The workday typically ends around 5 to 6 p.m.
